She has a definite eye for “cans of worms” and knows the costs to make repairs to what is not just cosmetic.

When it came to selling our home she was able to tell us what needed to be done to produce a quick sale. Her advice and knowledge of what sells a home was invaluable. She advised us to be up front with any problem areas and what was a must to repair. She helped us with staging our home and provided recommendations to get the best showings possible. All of these coupled with her drive and determination provided for a quick sale.
